Rabin Assassination
In this lecture, fundamental and statistical issues will be presented, pertaining to assaults on VIP's in the world during to the previous century. Additionally, a lecture and a short film will be presented, explaining the progression of the matters with respect to the assassination of the Israeli Prim minister Rabin, who was murdered by a radical assassin. In the course of the lecture, the post-assassination work principles of the Israeli security system will be presented (subject to the applicable laws of confidentiality).

The Israeli Method of Protection Planning System – "Relevant Threat" Method

A presentation, as well as demonstrations and presentation of true cases, explaining in high detail the unique security planning method, implemented by the Israeli security system (personnel protection, protection of Israeli embassies around the world and protection of strategic facilities). This spaceship method is called the Relevant Threat method or RT in short.

This method, developed after the assassination of Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin, is a reorganization of many planning methods learnt by the Israeli security system from security services around the world (France, USA, Britain and Russia) and merged into a single method, to which were added the Israeli operational experience and situation assessment.

This method provides an answer to a range of "security problem" of any type and form.

A range of presentations conveying, from the experience of the "Israeli security services".

The characteristics and problems faced by the Israeli security services against the suicide bomber’s mode of action. In light of the vast experience possessed by the Israeli security services in dealing with suicide bombers in the civil life sector, a number of lessons were learnt and a number of tactical coping methods.
This presentation touches basically on the painful issue above.

VIP Protection Methods

A demonstration and open discussion regarding the major differences between the Israeli combat method and other methods of police forces around the world. A presentation of the ability, advantages and disadvantages (and what they are actually caused by) of the combat method, which is slightly different, of the Israeli system. Explanations as to whom it is intended for, and frontal demonstration of the principles and foundation of this form of combat.

In Addition, fundamental issues will be demonstrated, and an analysis will be conducted as well as an open discussion between the participants about the form of work in "personnel protection system" (VIP protection) by a single security agent or a number of agents simultaneously.
