Code of Ethics
The members of B.P.S.'s Board of Directors strongly believe that it takes more than know-how and experience in security to become a true professional, particularly in view of the sensitivity, unique type of business relations and level of trust that must be developed between each client and his/her security providers.
Therefore, B.P.S. has developed a code of ethics, ensuring that all its members are not only security professionals of the highest caliber, but also individuals of the highest moral fiber.
Each B.P.S. member is required to adhere to the Association's code of ethics, as detailed below:

B.P.S. Code of Ethics
  1. All activities undertaken will be carried out in strict compliance with all relevant local and international laws and regulations.
  2. The highest level of professional integrity and reliability will be maintained at all times.
  3. The members' professional level will be continuously enhanced through constant training and learning activities.
  4. No effort will be spared in providing clients with professional services of the highest quality, with full allegiance, devotion and personal commitment.
  5. Professional decisions will be based strictly on professional considerations. Personal opinions and beliefs will not play a part in decisions made or actions taken.
  6. Confidential information of a personal or commercial nature made available by the client to the security provider will be kept in full confidence, and will not be divulged to third parties.
  7. A high level of self discipline will be observed at all times.
  8. A high level of commitment will be maintained towards clients and other B.P.S. members.
  9. All persons will be treated with dignity and respect.
  10. B.P.S. continuously strives to enhance and update its body of knowledge concerning all facets of security. Its members undertake to support and assist each other in all professional matters.
