The
Problem
In the last few years, companies and contingents
of international corporations located in high-risk
regions and countries have been facing an unprecedented
problem.
These companies, whose core activity is founded
on encounters with high-profile guests from abroad,
are frequently forced to shift the meeting venue
to different countries worldwide due to the guests’
reluctance to travel to these “problematic”
regions.
This
state of affairs has caused several problems:
-
A financial and logistic burden on the companies
and/or the corporation.
-
The inability to present the company’s
factories/offices and their activities.
-
Cases in which potentially lucrative business
transactions cannot be finalized due to the
inability of the buyer / customer /
representative of the potential business partner
to attend the meeting at the relevant
factory/office in the target country.
The refusal or inability of the potential
business partners to travel to these countries
stems from several reasons pertaining to
security levels, international stamp of
approval, insurance, medical coverage, a sense
of personal insecurity, etc.
The Solution
The B.P.S. Association has developed a work procedure
for the companies in which the course of the guest’s
visit – from the moment information is obtained
regarding his anticipated arrival, up to his departure
from the country – is controlled and supervised
by all the relevant parties involved in the visit.
The monitoring system we have developed –
the ISC™ (Integrated Security
Coverage) system, which is contained in methodical
guidelines, offers a range of solutions to companies
and organizations confronting the problems mentioned
above. This method makes it possible for every
company to define the range of solutions according
to the parent company’s request, or based
on a local decision.
